Instead, contact us by email and we can reschedule your test, or refund the test fee to you in full.
If you are unwell on test day, we will ask you to go home and reschedule your test to another date in the future.
We recommend regular hand-washing or the use of hand sanitiser on test day and you are welcome to wear a facemask if you prefer. We will just need you to remove it temporarily to do ID checks and take your photo.
Other test takers and test day staff may be wearing facemasks at the test.

If you need to re-schedule your test or request a refund or if you have any questions at all, please email your test centre.
If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 less than 14 days after you took your IELTS test, please let us know by email. This will help ensure we can communicate with other test takers and follow government advice.
