Auckland A & P Association Bursary
Closing date: 20/11/2019   
Open to students who previously studied at secondary school in the AK region now in the first year of an U/G degree at Massey University in the year that they apply. One Bursary will be awarded to a student within an agricultural degree and the other Bursary to a BVSC student.

Fletcher Construction Bursaries
Closing date: 30/11/2019   
For students who are NZ citizens or permanent residents studying full time at the MU Wellington campus and who have completed year 2 of the BNursing or have completed year three of the Bachelor of Design (Spatial Design) and are entering their Honours year.

Glad McArthur Horticultural Scholarship

Massey University Statistics Scholarship

Open to students who are enrolled full time, and who meet the 100 level majoring requirements in Statistics at Massey University (Manawatu Campus), applicants must indicate in his/her letter of application a desire to continue his/her study of statistics.

Sir James Wattie Scholarship for Food Technology

Available to NZ citizens who are enrolled or intending to enrol fulltime in the first year of the Bachelor of Food Technology (Hons) at Massey University.

The Piki Ake Kake Ake Scholarship
Closing date: 30/11/2019   
Piki ake kake ake is a metaphorical term in te reo Māori that means to climb and to ascend. In the context of this scholarship, piki ake kake ake symbolises the hopes and aspirations of tangata whenua, by assisting four Māori students to excel in the disciplines of communication management, expressive arts, journalism, linguistics, marketing, media studies and public relations. The School of Communication, Journalism and Marketing and the School of English and Media Studies wish to assist and support Māori students to be successful.

The For Better Initiative English and Foundation Pathways Bursary Award

Available to students with a refugee background who are enrolled /intending to enrol in English and Foundation pathway courses on the Manawatu campus.

Fisheries NZ/NIWA Undergraduate Scholarship
Closing date: 30/11/2019   
Fisheries New Zealand wishes to support the study of mathematics/ statistics/ computing and marine biology at the undergraduate level. Up to six scholarships ($5000 each) will be available to New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.

John Young Memorial Scholarship
Closing date: 30/11/2019   
Applications are invited from students who are immediate family members of Fonterra suppliers that live in the Taranaki region. Applicants will be New Zealand citizens or New Zealand permanent residents and intend to take up a career or be engaged in some occupation or profession relevant to the dairy industry. The level of individual grants paid is dependent on the number of successful applicants and range from $2000-$5000. The grants will be paid in a one-off lump sum payment.

Sinclair Cummings Veterinary and Animal Sciences Scholarship

open to PG students at Massey Uni for the purpose of promoting and encouraging veterinary and animal science studies in NZ or overseas with preference to be given to assistance in fields relevant to Sinclair Cumming's life occupation as a high country sheep farmer.

SoVS Masterate Scholarship in Zoo Animal and Wildlife Health

The SoVS Masterate Scholarship is for veterinary graduates who plan a career in zoo animal and wildlife health, to undertake university postgraduate study in this field.

Toioho Ki Apiti (BMVA) Undergraduate Scholarship

Open to applicants must be eligible, and intending, to enrol for full-time (minimum of 105 credits) study in the first year (i.e. 100 level) of the Bachelor of Maori Visual Arts (BMVA) programme in the year following this award. Open to domestic and international students.

Hinemoa Hilliard Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship will support a first year College of Creative Arts to continue their studies at the College of Creative Arts through a one year full domestic fee waiver for their second year of full time study.

Peter Turner Scholarship in Documentary Photography
Closing date: 15/12/2019   
Open to NZ & Australian citizens enrolling for full-time study leading to the Degree of Master of Fine Arts in Photography. Applicants need to be enrolling in the area of contemporary documentary photography.

CD Cricket Scholarship
Closing date: 15/12/2019   
The Central Districts Cricket Scholarship provides financial support to talented cricketers from within the Central Districts Cricket region who are studying at Massey University. This financial support helps ensure they remain in the region and continue to develop their game, while studying towards a degree.

Onion Industry Postgraduate Scholarship
Closing date: 16/12/2019   
Available to assist any suitable applicant involved in a research project that is likely to make a contribution to the NZ onion industry. Research topics of interest include: improvement in onion yields, quality and sustainable production, postharvest technologies, food safety, market access & dev.

Don Scott Agricultural Education Trust Grants

Open to individuals or groups whose principal place of residence is within the boundaries of the Federated Farmers Provinces of Manawatu/Rangitikei and Wanganui, to pursue agricultural related studies or group learning initiatives.
