There are lots of clubs and associations you can get involved in while studying at Massey University. From sports and recreation to student associations, there's something for everyone.

Joining clubs

Massey is proud to offer a diverse and vibrant network of clubs at its campuses. The clubs cover a wide range of categories including:

  • sports
  • recreation
  • cultural and religious interests.

The clubs are supported by the clubs development officers at the Auckland, Manawatū and Wellington campuses.

Join a student association

Massey has seven student associations. Massey student associations aim to make sure that university students enjoy the best university experience possible. They provide leadership to the student body and are also student advocates to the university and wider community.

Become a Massey Guide

Massey Guides are senior students who volunteer throughout orientation and the first few weeks of uni to help you settle in.

To become a Massey Guide, you can apply to join the team. Once you're selected, you'll be trained to provide support to new students as they undertake their first year of study at Massey University.
