Members: Free entry to Group Fitness Classes, GRIT & RPM/Spin Bike classes.
Non Member Prices: Single entry: $10 for student and $12 for community.
Concession Pass: $80 for 10 passes.
A Group Fitness class is generally not a suitable environment for children, we are happy to admit them under adequate supervision. If you do decide to bring your child to group fitness classes we expect that they are placed in a safe position (away from potential harm from dropped weights etc), have their hearing protected and are removed from the class if they disturb other users.

If you are new to classes please arrive 10 minutes before start time so one of our instructors can help you get set up.
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy, sports-inspired workout with moves that combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
BODYBALANCE™ is a new yoga class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, your body and your life leaving you feeling calm and centred.
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps). It gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.
BODYSTEP™ is basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs. This full-body cardio workout will really tone your butt and thighs.

CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body while chiselling your waist line. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do – it's the glue that holds everything together.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength | A 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses a barbell, weight plates and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio | A 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo | A 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete.
RPM™ is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It blasts calories and builds aerobic fitness fast.
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses. Also sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. $5 per session. Open to Massey staff, students and Rec Centre members only.
ZUU | Designed by Nathan Helberg, Aussie fitness guru and human movement expert, ZUU is high intensity interval training using primal moves – push, pull, bend, twist, squat, lunge and locomotion in a unique 40 minute workout.
